2008-2009 Academic Year
The Board of Directors of the International Academy of Saginaw proudly supports the International Academy of Saginaw which is a public school academy chartered by Bay Mills Community College. The International Academy of Saginaw successfully completely its second year of operation in June of 2009 and met the challenge to provide a quality education to the Saginaw community.
The Mission of the International Academy of Saginaw is to prepare each student for success in college, inspire a love of learning, and foster responsible citizenship. During its second year of operation, the School served approximately 165 students in Kindergarten through grade 4.
Please review the Annual Education Report which provides a detailed summary of the School's performance during its first year of operation. In addition, the report provides data and information on student assessment, school goals, school environment, Student Life, student management, and finances. We will continue to measure our growth and progress in future years against the baseline presented in this first Annual Education Report.
The International Academy of Saginaw will continue to be an active partner in building the Saginaw community, as the greatest community resource, is a high-quality educational system where children come first.
Sincerely,
Jimmy Greene
